home home on the range

been chillin at home, bored a lot. and i mean... a. lot.

no where to go, really.
watched the beginning of "surfs up" -got bored.
made some organic black tea. then got bored.

i'll save you the rest of the boredomnesstrosity. yes, i shall indeed.


But, i can tell you that i had a job interview
at GAP INC. this morning!

{i find out by tomorrow at 6 p.m.
whether or not i get the job}

  1. I wish you the best of luck. Praying that you get it.

    But if they don't hire you, worry not. Here's an idea to keep you away from boredom: find a tough hobby. I'm not talking about building model airplanes. Find something that you can use for the rest of your life. So far this summer I have been honing my cooking skills (I aced making Chicken Parmigiana last week), and I have also taken up Chinese. Trying to become as proficient in that language as possible before summer ends. If you do something like that, you may very well find summer as a blessing and less as an obstacle.

    hmmm I'm trying to think of what I could pick up....... yoga. running. painting landscapes. sewing? i'd love to be able to sew clothes. be a lil fashion designer on the side in addition to my graphic design major

  3. haha yoga is good. ive learned a few yoga poses. cant really say im so good at it though.

    sewing also sounds pretty awesome. my sister learned that over a summer a few years ago and has been using it ever since. i see plenty of possibilities for you. "that natalie," i say to myself, "she's going places."
